AMAGOA Rent/Lease allows you to either rent or lease/buy the highest quality modern indigenous art from all parts of Australia. It's an affordable way to enhance your home, or any corporate, medical or dental practice. We are able to customize a selection of pieces to suit most client's requirements, or there may be just one special piece that you wish to lease. Artworks are generally available for half yearly periods, or on flexible quarterly time periods allowing you the chance to constantly change the mood and style of any room or office environment. Or, the AMAGOA Revolving Rental Option allows you the ability to add-on, upgrade or exchange your pieces at any time. All you pay is delivery and pick-up fees, and any installation costs, anytime you change any artwork over. Artworks are also available for short term display whilst selling a home. Talk to us about helping you choose the right works to enhance a home for maximum sales impact. Rental and Leasing of artwork can be 100% Tax deductible for businesses. The client is responsible for the care and insurance of all artworks until the end of the rent/lease period. You are usually able to place artworks on your own business insurance, or standard home or contents insurance. A Certificate of Currency listing the artworks and their value is required. AMAGOA will be listed as an interested party for the total value of the works rented or leased. All artworks are ready to hang. If required, installation may be provided at an additional cost. Delivery is not included in the rental/lease costs. Fees are calculated at a percentage of the artwork's retail value, and are always quoted exclusive of GST. The cost is usually 15% of the retail value of the artwork for pieces worth under $3,500, then 12% of the retail value of the artwork for any pieces under $6,000, and then 10% of the retail value of the artwork for any pieces over $6,000. Artworks will be available for sale during the rental period, with a First Right of Purchase Option. Should you decide to purchase the artwork, 75% of the rental fees paid will be deducted from the final retail price of that individual artwork (excluding any delivery or installation charges). Overall, AMAGOA's rent or lease/buy options offer customers the opportunity to enjoy fine Australian Aboriginal art in any home, medical or corporate environment, at a fraction of the retail price. |
